Blue Gum Loans are a finance broking service based out of Launceston.
Working with clients they look to assist in securing home loans, business loans, investment loans, SMSF loans and more.
The role will involve you working closely with brokers within Blue Gums Loans, liaising with lenders, assisting with loan submissions, co-ordinating social media and marketing and supporting with client management.
You would obtain your Certificate III Business BSB30120 within a two-year period, whilst being given the chance to contribute to the overall efficiently and success of the business by working closely with this small team performing various administrative support duties.
You would have the opportunity to proactively engage with clients, providing high-quality customer service in a professional environment.
What would this involve?
You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract & hosted to Blue Gum Loans.
Full time hours & full entitlements including four weeks of holidays per year.
Blue Gum Loans are also willing to consider flexible or part time hours for the right applicant.
Theory training conducted one-on-one in the workplace with our experienced trainer.
You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship from our Field Officer.
Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.
Gain valuable experience on the job: Develop and hone your mature, approachable manner.
Anticipate the needs of the team by providing smooth and efficient administration.
Become part of the growth of the company and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
Demonstrate your expertise with the Microsoft Office and data bases whilst preparing documentation, recording information and communicating with clients.
You will develop excellent organisational skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritise work, focusing on customer service, and attention to detail.
Cultivate a professional attitude and disposition, with the energy and enthusiasm required.
Highly Desirable: Completion of grade 12 or minimum of 2 years employment experience.
Driver's licence.
Customer service experience.
