Our client is also happy to consider a candidate with residential / commercial property management experience, who is wanting to get their foot in the door to the strata industry. The position, but not limited to: Full training provided before taking on your own portfolio (in house training facility) Manage a mixed-use and well-maintained portfolio with a full handover Implement compliance with the various obligations imposed under relevant strata and community title legislation and associated legislation Assess and implement strata/community management agreements Coordinate maintenance and repairs of properties and facilities Participate in developing and establishing property and facilities contract Skills & Experience: Previous strata management, property or real estate experience is essential Outstanding communication, both written and verbal Excellent time management Possess a level of high attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft software packages Work collaboratively with all colleagues Clean police clearance Must be resilient and able to manage conflict in various scenarios How to Apply:
