SUMMARY OF THE ROLE This trainee role offers a long-term, hands-on opportunity for someone eager and willing to take on a new challenge. You'll receive practical, on-the-job training with close mentorship, along with the chance to learn from Mammoet's Global SPMT Trainer through specialized training programs. As a Trainee SPMT Operator based at our Brisbane Depot, you'll play an integral part in Mammoet's work, helping move some of the world's most high-profile engineering projects forward. Working with the industry's largest fleet of Self-Propelled Modular Transporters (SPMTs), you'll be instrumental in delivering safe, efficient, and top-quality solutions to our customers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve supporting operations with frequent national travel to meet project needs. During peak project times, you'll be out in the field; between projects, you'll work at the Depot on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime available.
