Job Description Become the future of Norske Skog – Boyer
We are looking for Process Operators (Paper Making Trainees) to join our Mill Department on a four-year fixed term shift-work contract.
At Boyer, we are committed to your success and growth.
As part of our comprehensive training program, you will collaborate with a nationally recognized training provider to complete a Certificate IV in Competitive Systems.
This is your chance to embark on a fulfilling journey with us, where hands-on experience and structured learning pave the way for a rewarding career in paper making.
This is a shift-based role working 2 nights, 2 days, 4 off across weekends and public holidays, while this is a traineeship any experience with shift work or industrial/hands on roles is beneficial to your application.
What you need to succeed
An understanding and awareness of safety Experience working within a diverse team.
Demonstrated initiative and team work.
Commitment to working a 12-hour, rotational shift (including nights, weekends, and public holidays), experience highly desirable Understanding of set holiday rostering Positive communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated initiative Experience in industrial or physically active roles, desirable What we offer
