About the role Reporting to the Assistant Shift Manager within the Retail Ready Operations Australia function, you'll have an incredible opportunity to oversee all aspects of the production, operations, and daily activities while improving efficiencies and keeping everyone safe. You'll get to introduce positive changes, streamline processes, and elevate performance for the entire team.

About you and your skills Proactive in driving continuous improvement of processes and procedures Solid understanding of technical aspects and/or processes Able to set ambitious team goals with measurable targets Great communication skills that foster positive collaboration and inclusiveness Cert III or IV in food processing and/or previous experience in an FMCG/Short Shelf-life production environment Knowledge and implementation of Lean Manufacturing/CI principles With us, it's not about the discounts (although you do get those); it's about joining a team where your wellbeing and professional development are our investment, and celebrating your contributions is the norm.
