About the Company Grimshaw's Quality Cars is a family-owned organization supplying new and used vehicles across 4 locations in the Central Queensland regions of Biloela, Emerald, and Rockhampton.
About the Role Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in sales for the Rockhampton dealership. Duties and responsibilities will include:
Meeting and greeting our customers Assisting customers with purchasing new & used vehicles Providing product information Selling our used vehicles in line with monthly targets Data entry, complying and completing documents Providing a high level of pre & post service to ensure customer satisfaction Assisting with introduction to Finance & Aftermarket departments Following prospective leads from internet, phone, social media, and repeat customers Performing high quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations of used cars to customers Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, including features, condition, and warranty status Liaising with other departments & outside vendors to ensure vehicles are delivered to a high standard and in a timely manner Adhering to compliance, policies, and procedures Being creative, positive, and professional Work hours are Monday to Friday and half-day Saturdays as required. Full training and support will be provided.
Compensation: Competitive base weekly pay + Super + potential uncapped commissions + monthly target scheme
About the Person We are seeking someone enthusiastic, friendly, with a keen eye for detail. Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve.
