Limestone Coast Local Health Network, Mount Gambier & Districts Health Service Indicative Total Remuneration*: $105,628 - $171,456 p.a Temporary Full Time (to commence February 2025 for a 12 month contract) - MDP2 Serving a diverse population of over 69,000 people, the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) is a leading provider of public hospital services and community-based health services in the Limestone Coast region.
With a total of 200 beds and over 1,400 employees, a wide range of in-hospital (including but not limited to medical, surgical, paediatric, obstetric and gynaecology, mental health and oncology) aged care, community, disability and mental health services are offered at multiple locations across the region including Mount Gambier, Bordertown, Keith, Kingston, Lucindale, Millicent, Naracoorte and Penola.

Reporting to the Director of Medical Services (DMS) at Mount Gambier and Districts Health Services (MGDHS), we offer an exciting opportunity for a senior Medical Administration Registrar to be based at Mount Gambier (population of 30,000).
This role will be reporting to the DMS and working closely with the Executive Director of Medical Services on strategic and operational matters and projects impacting the junior and senior medical workforce, clinical governance and research across the LCLHN.
An ideal candidate would be a senior RACMA registrar with broad medical administration experience committed to pursuing the qualification of Fellow of the Australasian College of Medical Administrators, excellent communication skills, ability to develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships, strategic problem solving and decision making skills.
