Are you a business administration / secretarial school graduate ready to kick-start your career? If so, applications for our 2025 Trainee Legal Assistant Program are now open!
Our 9-month Trainee Legal Assistant Program provides you with:

On-the-job training and development, with rotations through 3 different legal teams so you can experience what it's like to work in different areas of the firm.
A comprehensive orientation and learning program.
A dedicated buddy/coach within each of your 3 rotations who will teach and guide you when undertaking tasks and offer advice along the way.
A dedicated Team Leader who will support and coach you through your entire program and beyond.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a permanent Legal Assistant role within one of our legal teams.
Key program dates

Applications open on Monday 16 September and close on Monday 14 October 2024
Offers made 4 November 2024
Trainee Legal Assistant Program commences on Monday 28 January 2025

Essential criteria
To be considered for our Trainee Legal Assistant Program, you will need:

Certificate III in Business Administration, Advanced Diploma of Business (Legal Practice) or equivalent qualification. (Or applicable administration work experience)
Excellent spelling and grammar
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
