Harrison Barrat Group are currently representing one of the most reputable commercial and high-rise builders in Australia in seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Contract Administrator to join their hard-working team based in Melbourne permanently.
This role reports to the Team Leader, working closely together to achieve the business's strategic goals and objectives and contributing to the success of future projects.

Key Responsibilities Negotiating with subcontractors Processing invoices & chasing payment Subcontract variations Tender review drawings Letting packages Putting together Scope of Works

Skills & Experience Essential:

A relevant construction degree or trade background At least 3-5 years' experience working as a Contract Administrator Competent user of Jobpac and all other Microsoft packages Good attitude, eagerness to learn and initiative
