Full on-the-job training providedRegular clients and hoursPermanent part-time rolesFlexible days/hours, as long as your availability is between 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to FridayIf you don't have experience, we can offer you on-the-job trainingMinimum 15 hours a week, and work up to 30+ hours a weekExcellent incentives and working conditionsThe hourly rate starts from $24.65+ per hour (part-time)Must have a reliable vehicle, with an NSW driver's licence.Working in the local Taree areaReceive pay for km's and time traveled between clientsAre you caring, supportive, reliable, a person, and have a great attitude?
Do you have a reliable car, a current NSW driver's licence, and are fully COVID-19 vaccinated?
Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation is seeking new team members to join their local team in the region.
No experience is required, we will train you in Certificate III in Individual Support, and you will be paid to attend buddy shifts, regular shifts, and training days. Full on-the-job training provided.
We are expanding this team, to deal with the increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of community services.
When you start your career as a Community Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks. As you progress, you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more!
What we are seeking: Have a great attitudeBe reliableWillingness to learn and workAbility to pass a National Police Check (we will get this for you)Ability to pass and receive a Working with Vulnerable Persons Card (WVPC)Have a current NSW driver's licenceHave a reliable, registered vehicle, with full comprehensive insuranceHave regular availabilityBe an AU, NZ Citizen, or Permanent Resident to access State Funding for the course/program.Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 9:00am to 4:00pm.
You will be visiting clients in their homes and supporting them with services, which may include:
