About the Role: Are you a passionate Speech Therapist looking for a community-based role with a flexible schedule? We're seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our growing team in Melbourne! This position offers a competitive salary range of up to $140,000 depending on experience, plus fantastic benefits including a $2,000 CPD allowance after 6 months and a KPI bonus. You'll enjoy flexible working hours with a target of 25 billable hours per week.
We cater to a diverse caseload, but we're happy to tailor it to your interests! We prioritize your professional development, providing external supervision with a senior Speech Pathologist alongside support from our 3 experienced Occupational Therapists.
Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the patient's needs and goals.Develop individualised treatment plans that address the patient's needs and goals.Implement treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Educate clients and their families on the therapy process and techniques.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy.Essential Criteria: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Pathologist (no early graduates at this time).Current membership with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
