We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly, who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company. Our client, a well-established Healthcare organisation, is seeking new team members (trainees) to join their team in the local Launceston area.
No experience or qualification is required.
We will train you on the job in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021). If successful, you will assist the elderly or those with disabilities in their homes with their daily lifestyle and activities.
You will be partnered with a workplace buddy/mentor who will work with you to train you on the job, support you, and guide you. You will also receive support from the Leadership Team, Learning and Development Team, Registered Training Organisation, and Ternary throughout your traineeship and general employment.

Shift durations vary, from 1 hour to 4 hours, and we work with you to build a full day of work, seeing clients back to back.
