About Us: The Bridge Hotel Mordialloc is a large, well-established hospitality venue that caters for a diverse clientele. It comprises a bistro, cafe bar, public bar/TAB, gaming room, bottleshop and several private function rooms.
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Trainee Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day operations of our venue, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Venue Manager to oversee daily operations. Supervise and lead our team to consistently deliver exceptional service. Lead by example through active involvement in day-to-day operations. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer and staff inquiries. Responsible for opening and closing the venue, cash management, and daily reconciliation. Qualifications: To excel in this role, the successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for the industry. Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) Modules are preferred.
