You'll deliver the Temporary Traffic Management National Training Program (TM1 & TC1), helping students build the skills they need to succeed in the industry.
Your Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and hands-on traffic management training to eager learners.Assess student competence through practical and theory-based assessments.Mentor and support students to ensure they achieve their full potential.What We're Looking For: TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).2-3 years of hands-on experience in traffic management.Valid Traffic Control/Management tickets (minimum 3 years).Excellent communication and organisational skills.A passion for sharing your knowledge and mentoring students.A valid Driver's Licence, Police Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid Certificate.Why You'll Love Working at Start Training: At Start Training, we're not just another RTO – we're a family-owned business that genuinely values its people.
