Oaks Civil Construction recruiting for a Traffic Operations Manager/Traffic Management and Labour hire with at least 1-3 years experience in a similar role who wants to grow their career with a rapidly growing tier one traffic management and control company with a national footprint.
You will be responsible for overseeing the traffic management team, developing TGS and management plans for mostly Sydney clients and this will involve regular site visits and regional clients will be serviced via Microsoft Teams.
You will need to liaise with various stakeholders including clients, internal teams and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with safety regulations and smooth traffic flow and part of the role will be assisting with bringing in new business.
It is a permanent role and paying between $100k - $140k (can be negotiable based on experience) plus super, vehicle, fuel, tolls, laptop, phone and you can use the vehicle for local personal use.
