About the Role
As a Full-Time Fitter, you will have a secure Monday to Friday gig running your own workshop. We are closed on National Public Holidays.
It is a varied workshop role supporting our sales team with in-house warranty and servicing backup for what we sell from your fully equipped workshop on site.

Reporting to the Store and Workshop Manager, your key responsibilities will include managing the workshop:
Building relationships with our suppliers and customers Conducting maintenance and repairs in a tradesman-like manner Solving customer problems Ordering parts and maintaining supplies Maintaining workshop records and administration Maintaining a safe workplace Constantly working toward improvements and efficiencies Supporting with sales and customer enquiries in-store and via phone Key to your success will be:
A keen interest in building a strong and sustainable career Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Reliability, honesty, and consistency Strong relationship-building skills A willingness to learn and share A Cert 3 in Electrotechnology is a must. This role will entail learning all aspects of the tool industry covering repairs to power tools, machinery, air tools, air compressors, generators, and other industrial equipment. This role will equally suit someone just starting out in their trade or someone experienced looking for a secure role with limited travel.
