Our client based in Karratha is seeking a committed tRADE sTORE ofFICER superstar to join their busy team.
This is NOT a FIFO role. Working hours: Full time Hours (Monday - Friday) 7.30am - 4.30pm
Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6-month assignment - permanent potential for the right candidate Pay rate: $35ph + Super The Role:
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
Ensure all appropriate actions are taken to support HSE policies, procedures and legislative requirements within the warehouse/ trade center site Provide face to face support to trade store sales enquiries Process enquiries, orders, quotes & queries as required Identify opportunities to increase order size and profitability through upselling and cross selling Provide excellent customer service to all "walk in trade customers" in line with company values. Support all company promotional activities Participate in all product training in line with company requirements Liaise daily with direct and indirect reports to ensure the daily tasks across all trade center functions are timely actioned. Proactively drive efficiencies in the warehouse & showroom while ensuring a high level of service is maintained. Maintain showroom stock range by undertaking stock replenishment activities to ensure maximum sales & service outcomes. Support warehouse & showroom activities covering order processing, stock movement and inventory initiatives with an objective of achieving best practice in these areas. Support annual and daily branch stock-take activity. Admin and other Ad hoc duties as required Role Requirements Experience in Customer Service or a similar role (highly desirable) Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and think on your feet Good time management and problem-solving skills Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs Full car license If you are interested in these roles and fit the criteria, please apply online today!
