The Role Due to rapid growth within the business, a Sales Executive position has become available. This role focuses on driving new business, managing existing client relationships, and contributing to the overall benefit of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Managing and nurturing existing customer accounts. Travelling to client locations and delivering on projects. Supporting both the sales and operation teams. This is a full-time, Perth based role with a standard Monday to Friday schedule. Please note that this role does not currently offer WFH options. The Benefits Base salary $80k- $110k + super + uncapped comms OTE $130k - $150k + Career growth opportunities within the business Close-knit team and friendly company culture About You We are seeking a driven sales professional with previous experience within the waste management or recycling industry, who has a proven track record in building new business and nurturing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess the following criteria:
Strong B2B sales experience from within the waste management or recycling sales industry. A proven track record of delivering on budget targets and KPIs. A passion for environmental solutions and waste management. A positive attitude and exceptional customer service abilities.
