The Role The Trade Relations Coordinator holds a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing robust relationships with tradespeople who work with ABN Group. Harnessing data-driven insights, this position is dedicated to fostering collaborative partnerships to optimise communication, streamline processes and ensure efficient allocation for enhanced project outcomes.
Develop, implement and manage initiatives to enhance stakeholder relationships within the construction domain Conduct data analysis, generate comprehensive reports and present findings to inform decision making on recruiting and engaging tradespeople Document and implement mitigation plans for current and future relationship-related risks Translate key trends and analytical insights into actionable strategies that grow and fortify relationships with tradespeople Achieve relationship driven KPIs, measuring the effectiveness of communication, collaboration and overall stakeholder satisfaction You To be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and experiences:
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and articulate messages to a variety of audiences Sound understanding of construction processes and trades Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal Administrative experience and strong computer literacy Networking skills and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders Why ABN?
