We have created this new role of Trade Partner Relationship Manager (TPRM) to change how we engage with and manage our Trade Partners. This is an exciting opportunity to help us to meet our vision of improving the construction industry through improving how we integrate Trade Partners into our project teams.
Working closely with our Estimating, Operations, HSQ and ESG teams, the TPRM will identify onboard and manage Trade Partners, ultimately assisting to provide our customers with the best possible experience through elevating our relationship with and the performance of our Trade Partners.
You will be responsible for: Development and management of a prequalified Trade Partner poolBuilding strong relationships with our Trade Partner networkReview of Trade Partner performance, embedding a two-way feedback loopOnboarding and Training of Trade Partners, ensuring their understanding of our expectations and operational standardsMaster Service and Supply Agreement managementOperational Supply and Logistics management including procurementEducation and support to our operational teams to foster strong Trade Partner relationshipsContinual improvement of our Trade Partner, Supply and Logistics systems and processesYou will come to us with: Experience managing a network of suppliers and partners, ideally in construction or a related industryExceptional relationship management skills with illustrated experience in building and managing a strong partner networkSound negotiation and influencing skillsStrong change management skillsExperience with master service agreements, procurement and supply and logistics managementCommercial acumenWhat we offer to you: Top 5 Best Places to Work in Australia 2022-2023Agile, fast tracked career development pathwaysIndustry-specific, leading training and developmentFlexible working arrangement optionsPaid Parental LeaveAnd there is so much more for us to discuss with you!Kapitol value diversity and aim to build an inclusive environment that champions, embraces and respects differences.
