About the role
Join the Acratex team in an exciting opportunity. The Dulux Acratex products have been famous in protecting high rise buildings and infrastructure for over 40 years and is the preferred choice of products by industry leading contractors.
This role is responsible for optimising business profitability and market share in our commercial remedial and repaint segments including facades and roofing. This role provides support and leadership to our Qld Trade and Acratex commercial repaint and remedial sales teams through project specification, technical support, products and systems training and industry presentations.
Another key part of this role will be your ability to influence and collaborate regularly with key industry specifiers and stakeholders to bring repaint and remedial projects to life. These would include project managers, strata managers, architects, asset owners and facility managers. Regular contact and partnering with our property services team will also be critical for project success.
We are looking for somebody that has a solid commercial acumen and can bring along an excellent networking, presentation, communication, and team ethos. The ideal candidate would be located in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

Responsibilities
Responsible for Acratex business engagement and development of the remedial and repaint project pipeline for Qld.
Engagement and secondary support for trade commercial repaint and remedial customers.
Coaching and supporting Dulux sales teams and stores involved in the remedial and repaint markets.
Product stewardship and education.
Skills & Experience
Previous Business Development experience within a similar industry or product.
Flexibility to travel to areas of QLD, as required.
Strong CRM, IT systems and call planning experience.
Budget and financial management skills.
Commercial mindset, with the ability to provide solutions.
Strong communication and contract negotiation skills.
