About the Role Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Trainer – Operator and Technology Application to join our award-winning team! This is initially a 12 month contract, with room for possible extension.
As a Trainer – Operator and Technology Application you will:
Support operational training activities by operating site support equipment to support training activities, conduct site maintenance activities, assist with machine data collection, and undertake trainer development activities. Develop and maintain training materials. Develop and maintain delivery programs. Role model and demonstrate oneHD values and behavior both internally and externally. Why Hastings Deering? Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Willingness to travel frequently to QLD and NT. Production operator of 3 or more of the following equipment: Large mining dozers. Mechanical and electric haul trucks. Excavators and face-shovels. Graders. Large wheel loaders. Underground LHD loaders. Demonstrated CAT experience.
