We are seeking a TPM Manager to support the Technical and Production community in improving business profitability and optimizing cash flow for business growth.
In this role, you will apply Manufacturing Excellence (ME) methodologies, develop TPM competency building plans, and train market teams in manufacturing competencies.
A day in the life… Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Excellence Manager, key responsibilities include:
Help the Technical and Production (T&P) community improve profitability and optimize cash flow through TPM methodologies.Collaborate with factories to drive Manufacturing Excellence, identify best practices, and monitor performance metrics.Support market governance to align TPM implementation with market objectives.Develop TPM competency building plans for all levels of the T&P organization.Establish competencies for TPM in the market.Train, coach, and support market teams in manufacturing competencies.Assist factories in implementing TPM for improved results.Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with TPM standards.Provide updates and reports on TPM implementation to senior management.Collaborate with external partners to leverage expertise in TPM implementation.What will make you successful Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Demonstrated factory experience, preferably as a Factory Manufacturing Excellence Manager or Production Manager.Extensive experience in leading Continuous Improvement programs for at least 5 years.Proven track record in leading and developing cross-functional teams.Experience in supporting the development and implementation of TPM projects.Clear and effective communication skills.Experience in stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.Proactive and detail-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.Problem solver, capable of implementing sustainable solutions.Applicants must have full Australian working rights.
