Seeking an experienced Town Planner with commercial and private client experience to join their team on a full-time basis.
The location is flexible from any of their offices or potentially as a fully remote role.
The role offers up to £45,000 + £2,500 Car Allowance + More!Established over a century ago, this consultancy focuses on rural property management and development, covering land management, sporting and forestry management, estate agency, and utility work.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on rural planning from either a consultancy, house builder, or local authority.
RTPI membership is essential for this position.Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide a comprehensive planning service, working alongside the architectural and surveying teamsSupport with obtaining statutory consents for developments across farm and rural areasCover all phases of planning projects, providing accurate and timely advice to clients across the UKConduct site assessments and feasibility studiesPrepare and submit planning applications, also covering appeals and negotiations with local authorities or stakeholdersKeep up to date with planning legislation and policy changes.Required Skills & ExperienceDegree qualified in Town Planning or similarMRTPI membership is essentialProven experience in a similar position focused on land and rural developmentsStrong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations, including knowledge of agricultural and forestry permitsProficient in MS Excel and WordHold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.What you get backSalary of £35,000 - £45,000 (potentially higher DOE)Car allowance of £2,50030 days annual leave + birthday offRemote/hybrid workingFlexible workingLife insuranceProfessional subscriptionsCycle to work scheme24/7 virtual GP serviceSocial events throughout the year.ApplyIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
