Exciting new opportunity to join SA's iconic RAA in our new Tow fleet Full-time permanent position based in Adelaide CBD Join a tight-knit team with a fun, inclusive and supportive culture As RAA launch our new Adelaide Metro Tow Fleet helping us deliver a better experience for our members when they need a tow, this exciting new opportunity will see you be responsible for safely and efficiently loading, transporting, and unloading disabled vehicles. In addition, you will: 
Utilise Towing and Transportation safe practices to analyse the vehicle position and identify the most appropriate action to recover, secure and transport the vehicle in accordance with safe working practices and Tow Truck Industry regulations. Deliver exceptional and professional service to members and provide appropriate solutions promptly and courteously. Be proactive and efficient on all tasks to ensure you complete them in a timely manner. Communicate effectively and professionally with all operational staff to ensure the member receives service in a timely manner. Keep up to date with relevant industry skills and knowledge to ensure you provide the customer with the best solution and outcome Foster and develop professional relationships with your colleagues, whilst living the RAA corporate values and adhering to the Code of Conduct. Plus much more. About you   You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You're passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference.
For this role, we're also looking for:
Current South Australian unencumbered 'C-class' driver's licence Hold a current South Australian Medium Rigid truck licence – or willingness to gain one. Hold a current South Australian Tow Operators Certificate – or eligible to obtain one Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills Be an innovative thinker with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities About us As one of the South Australia's largest and most iconic organisations, we're proud to deliver our trusted range of motor, home, and travel services to more than 820,000 members.
