Job Description This full-time opportunity will see you delivering holistic, client centered services within workplace rehabilitation. Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background, you will be an integral part of assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and the community, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life.
Day to day, you will undertake:
Workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice, such as: Initial Needs Assessments Workplace Assessments Advice concerning job modifications Rehabilitation Counselling/Vocational Assessments ADL assessments Medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison and case management services Support needs assessments Qualifications Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) OR AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers) Excellent communication, time management and communication skills A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance Current Australian driver's license and vehicle The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey Additional Information What we offer you: Truly flexible work arrangements (work from home, part-time, supportive of family commitments) Extensive employee benefits package including salary packaging, novated leasing, leave purchasing scheme, paid parental leave, Employee Assistance Program and much more!
