About Governance & Legal Services The objective of Corporate Governance is to be a well-groomed, responsive Council, providing effective leadership and management, and respecting community values. The Governance and Legal Services Branch provides advice and support to the Mayor, Councillors, CEO and Council in relation to Governance and legal matters. The sections within the branch comprise the following:
Mayor, Councillors and CEO; Local Laws and Policy Development; Complaints and Compliance; Risk Management; About the position Work undertaken by the Coordinator Governance Compliance will include Administrative Action Reviews, Complaints Management, Preliminary Complaints Assessments and review of Legislative Compliance Registers. This position works under limited direction.
The salary range for this position is $91,002.71 - $97,075.32 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation. This is a Permanent Full time position based in the Toowoomba CBD. CBD Parking provided. Development, leadership and management training opportunities.
