About the Position : Step into a pivotal role as Special Counsel in the family law division. Based in the Brisbane CBD office, you will mentor a junior lawyer and collaborate with an experienced senior paralegal. This position offers a clear pathway to partnership within 6 to 12 months, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to elevate their career. Your expertise will cover diverse practice areas including property settlements, parenting orders, de facto and same-sex relationships, divorce, mediation, and domestic violence cases.
Key Requirements :
Minimum 5 years PAE in Family Law, ideally from a private practice background Accredited Specialist in Family Law highly desirable Proven ability to meet billable targets (5.5-6.5 hours / day) Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor team members Excellent team collaboration and autonomous work capabilities On Offer :
