Creating client and subcontractor contracts; Supporting Project Managers with project coordination; Liaising with clients, suppliers and other parties; Tender response evaluation; Taking minutes and following up on meetings; Certification and payment progress claims; Final payments; and Maintaining construction documents to a high standard. We are seeking candidates with:
