Workshop Maintenance Coordinator – Gladstone QLD Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.
Being a global organisation managing 13,000 fleet and machinery, we need to ensure that all these machines are efficient and safe for use. The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.
The opportunity: Our Toll Maintenance team in Gladstone, QLD, are seeking an adaptable and resilient Workshop Maintenance Coordinator to support coordination and planning of all fleet maintenance activities within Toll. As the Workshop Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle service and maintenance within the Toll Group workshops & external workshops, to ensure high levels of vehicle service compliance is met without compromising on quality and with minimal downtime of assets to ensure effective asset utilisation.
Roster: Monday – Friday
As the Workshop Maintenance Coordinator, you will: Liaise with BU to schedule both internal & external services & maintenance, plan and ensure the coordinated, timely and managed approach of vehicle service bookings with all stakeholders. Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal customers, driving new process to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure effective planning and management of service bookings, whilst minimising maintenance expense. Engage with 3rd party maintenance providers, and partner with them to ensure high service quality outcomes. Complete relevant quality assurance tasks and administrative tasks as required. Work effectively with internal customers and stakeholders to collaboratively achieve high levels of vehicle maintenance service compliance. About you: Previous experience in an internal fleet maintenance or management role or truck service advisory role would be highly advantageous. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external customers. Strategic thinker, accountable, problem solver, outcome focused. Customer service orientation - detailed understanding and strong curiosity about our customers and what adds value to them. Microsoft office suite expertise including Word, Excel and Outlook.
