With significant growth in recent years and increasing international opportunities, we're looking for new crew members to drive and support our business and customers.
The core purpose of this role is to:
Provide a "5 Star" customer experienceInstall SeaPen and FloatBricks dry docking systems and other productsPerform both routine maintenance and service work, fault finding and product relocations. (tools, company ute, trailer and boat provided as required by the job on the day)Position is based out of Head Office at Nerang QLDSkills and Experience: Exceptional customer service & communication skillsAble to work autonomously as an enthusiastic self-starterDemonstrate good planning & problem solving skillsGood level of physical fitness (can swim)Must have boat licence as minimum. A Coxswain 3 licence is highly desirable with a willingness to obtain, where necessaryHands on technical service experienceExperience working with hand tools and power toolsDrivers licence and must be able to reverse trailersForklift licence is desirable but not essentialThe right person for the position will:
