The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HR/People Coordinator to support our People and Talent Manager in the delivery of high quality, people-centric HR support to TMK's leadership group and employees.
Commencing January 2025, based in our Pirie Street office, this is a great opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by an experienced human resource professional whilst working within an inclusive and highly collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the People and Talent Manager in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, induction activities, training and development, employee engagement, and departure processes.
End-to-end recruitment support including drafting advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and conducting checks.
Co-ordinating activities related to training, career nights, EXPO's, and TMK's EA Program.
Maintaining HR records, including new hires, role changes, and terminations in our HRIS – ELMO.
HR documentation, position descriptions, letters of offer, contracts, reviews, employee surveys, policies, and procedures.
Clear, concise, and consistent communication with stakeholders.
Championing a positive working culture, and supporting our values, policies, procedures, and people initiatives through regular communication and follow-up activities.
About you
The successful candidate will have relevant HR experience, demonstrate a people-centric approach, and:
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Be detail-oriented with advanced organisational skills Have exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise competing demands Be tech-savvy with experience with ELMO (preferred) Be approachable, humble, and genuine TMK offers
