TM1 Consultant / Table Manager 1 / Permanent / Sydney / $150,000 + super + bonusRetail business looking for a TM1 consultant to join the team.About the CompanyHousehold Retail business with head offices in Sydney.About the RoleAs a TM1 consultant, you will work closely with key stakeholders to design, build, and maintain IBM Planning Analytics (PA) solutions that support critical business processes.
You'll play an integral role in ensuring high-quality deliverables, collaborating across teams, and adhering to Agile methodologies.Benefits$150,000 + super + bonusFlexible working arrangements, including hybrid options and compressed workweeks.Duties/Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain IBM Planning Analytics (PA) cubes, dimensions, rules, and processes.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while leveraging the latest PA features and functionalities.Conduct fit-for-purpose system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality.Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design, work estimation, and Agile sprint planning.Ensure smooth release management in line with change management processes.Skills and Experience10+ years of experience with IBM Planning Analytics/TM1.Strong understanding of IT processes in large-scale organisations.Proven experience in business process optimisation and strategic solution design.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.About Allura PartnersAllura Partners was founded to support private equity firms by placing C-Suites to lead, transform, and scale portfolio companies.
