About the role
This position will be responsible for reviewing our client's current labour tracking practices within all their different business units to develop a detailed set of business requirements. This will then be used as assessment against a new Time & Attendance solution. They are currently using Kronos T&A
Duties Gather, validate and document business requirements Analyse data such as time, budgets, labour results and forecasts Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions Create functional specifications for solutions Estimate costs and identify business savings Produce reports for audiences ranging from frontline supervisors to C-Suite executives to assist with making informed decisions Contribute to system optimisation to meet business needs Support design and delivery of time and attendance projects Skills & experience Strong experience with time and attendance systems and processes (Kronos preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Australian labour laws and regulations Proficiency in data analysis tools Proficiency in process mapping and requirements gathering Knowledge of agile and user stories Strong ability to coordinate and communicate between multiple stakeholders.
