Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic music promotion campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on leveraging TikTok, Spotify, and other digital streaming platforms to develop artists and their songs.
Collaborate with business development and label manager teams to execute content strategy and music promotion plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Set qualitative and quantitative targets for music promotion campaigns, and monitor progress against these goals.
Oversee content strategies, providing creative ideas and supervising content executions for artists and marketing campaigns.
Utilize data insights to identify and promote artists/songs, creating comprehensive music promotion plans that maximize reach and engagement.
Identify and monitor key digital and social platforms, staying ahead of emerging trends to effectively manage communications with the target audience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Music Promoter or similar role in the music industry, a strong network of industry contacts is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of the music industry, including current trends and developments, and the ability to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of music distribution and marketing.
Marketing expertise to design and implement effective promotional campaigns.
Solid understanding of the music industry, trends, and the target audience to ensure music promotion is relevant and appealing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Creativity to devise innovative strategies to increase the visibility and popularity of musicians and their work.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
