Tiktok Commerce - Mass Acquisition And Incubation Account Manager

Responsibilities: Responsible for business partner acquisition and incubation, aiming to increase activeness, business growth, and retention.Manage partner acquisition and incubation initiatives including but not limited to marketing campaigns, email campaigns, digital marketing, growth mission, partner community, webinars, and other educational activities.Figure out partners' pain points and life-cycle growth strategy in a data-driven approach, and identify opportunities to increase the business for partners through scalable solutions.Work with the internal teams, and other cross-functions to optimize partner experiences and empower the growth of thousands of partners via social commerce.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in commerce.Experience in scalable user or business growth, familiar with partner recruitment, incentive policies, marketing, advertising, or education.Data-sensitive, able to set clear goals and monitor progress; capable of analyzing complex business issues, identifying opportunities, and continuously optimizing strategies.Skilled at cross-team collaboration and advancing projects, able to work with a wide range of individuals to drive successful projects.Strong learning ability, proactive and adaptable, able to effectively handle pressure.Fluency in English or Spanish; candidates with experience in the Latin American market are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
