Tiktok Commerce - Fashion Category Lead

Responsibilities:
Define the long-term strategy, leading key initiatives, and setting the future direction of the Fashion category; Responsible for the P&L of Fashion category; Provide industry knowledge and leverage own network to ensure success of category; Hire and develop a strong team; Acquire and incubate Fashion brands and partners to support category growth; Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into brands' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently; Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock brands' potential on the platform, drive business growth and adoption of livestream and short videos; Navigate through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes and influencing key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category; Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Minimum Qualifications:
Network within the Fashion space and strong knowledge of the Mexican Fashion industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation; Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills; Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity; Strong sense of social content, practical experience in social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories; Solid experience in people management, leading a diverse team; Experience of owning P&L; Fluent in English, good communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally in a global working environment. Preferred Qualifications:
Eager to win, growth driven, business mindset, result-driven; Collaborative and open to changes and challenges and learn; A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking; Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
