About the team:Our Tiffany Service Center is a dynamic team of best-in-class jewelers and polishers. They are responsible for aftercare, personalization, and adding tailored Tiffany Touches on our jewelry, such as engravings, shortening, or lengthening of your precious pieces.About the role:As our organization continues to grow, we now have a rare and exciting opportunity for a skilled Tiffany Service Center Coordinator to join the team in our Melbourne workshop.In your role you will:Ensure that all service orders are processed efficiently and in a timely manner. Managing the expectations of the appropriate internal and external technical resources, appropriating the necessary parts and materials for each order, and systematic capturing of all relevant information.Proactively and accurately maintain, monitor, and procure parts, materials and inventory.Collaborate with TSC New York and Hong Kong or local sources to procure and replenish inventory.Liaise with TCO Australia & New Zealand regional markets for service order follow up and status. If necessary, direct communication with AU market retail clients and work with TCO ANZ Retail Management to resolve clients service issues.Perform occasional personalization on client owned and other office administrative and clerical functions, including the timely processing of all relevant invoices.About you:A Blue Box Enthusiast.Minimum of two years' experience within a logistics or retail back of house operations focused environment.A dynamic service-driven personality is essential!Have strong working verbal and written communication skills.Be flexible and able to work additional hours when business needs require.Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Solid retail and/or customer service work experience.Individuals with an Undergraduate degree, or graduate Gemologist degree will be highly regarded.Why Tiffany?Generous salary package, employee discounts and milestone gifts.High performing, caring, fun and dynamic team.Culture focused on wellbeing, innovation and growth.Endless career opportunities with the largest luxury group - LVMH!Professional growth and development and individual up-skilling opportunities.Great mentoring from a highly experienced management team.An inspired career is life's best accessory.
