An exciting opportunity has become available for a Family Lawyer to join our First Tier Doyles firm, the largest family law firm on the Downs.
Our boutique family law firm is situated in the beautiful regional town of Toowoomba. We are relocated to Suite 1, 135 Margaret Street, Toowoomba in a wonderfully appointed location. We are a leader in providing clients with clarity and certainty and our clients receive the benefit of our individualised approach as we know that every family, and therefore every matter, is different.
The Role:
To accommodateour growing business, we are looking for a fulltime Family Lawyer to join our family law firm.
You will ideally be well-versed in preparing and drafting, including but not limited to, Initiating Applications, Financial Statements, Questionnaires, Responses, Financial Agreements, Consent Orders, Case Outlines, Parenting Plans and Affidavits including responsibility for efficient time recording of billable hours in our easy-to-use software management system.
Requirements:
Eligibility to hold an Unrestricted Solicitor's Practising Certificate and a minimum of three years experience in Family Law; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; A high level of motivation and enthusiasm; An extremely high level of focus and attention to detail; A team player attitude; Competent time management and time recording skills; A strong desire to progress matters in a timely and cost efficient manner; Strong organisational skills.
