About the Role:
As a Senior Solicitor in our Commercial Litigation team, you will report to Tony Peterson, an Accredited Specialist, and work alongside one of the most highly regarded teams in NSW, which includes three Accredited Specialists in Commercial Litigation.
Your role will focus on a range of commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on Building & Construction Law. Key areas include:
Contract and building disputes
Commercial and home building disputes
Shareholder and Director Disputes
Professional Negligence claims
Insolvency-related litigation
Intellectual Property disputes
Debt recovery
About You:
You are an experienced legal professional with at least 5 years of post-admission experience (PAE) and a proven track record in Commercial Litigation and Building & Construction Law. You excel at both front-end and back-end matters, are dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, and thrive in a role that balances autonomy with team collaboration.
