Your New Role:
As the Senior Merchandise Planner, you'll be at the helm of strategic financial planning and stock management, ensuring the brand achieves its ambitious growth goals while maintaining its premium positioning. You'll:
Lead the open-to-buy (OTB) process, aligning sales, stock, and profit targets across markets. Deliver actionable insights on sales, gross profit, and inventory performance, driving improvement strategies. Oversee planning for both locally produced and internationally sourced collections. Optimise inventory levels, managing aged stock while maintaining the brand's luxury image. Collaborate with senior leadership and global partners to align on strategic objectives. Inspire and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence. Experience Checklist:
A strong background in merchandise planning within the luxury or premium fashion sector. Demonstrated expertise in OTB management, financial forecasting, and P&L oversight. Skilled in interpreting sales data and using insights to influence high-level decisions. Proven leadership experience, with a track record of developing and motivating teams. Familiarity with international supply chains and local production workflows. Advanced proficiency in planning tools, inventory management systems, and Excel.
