An exciting opportunity available for a Project Administrator to join the Property Services team at Newcastle Anglican. Reporting to the Director of Project Delivery, you will be responsible for providing project coordination and admin support on development projects, significant refurbishment, and capital works projects across the organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:
Ensure that Newcastle Anglican capital works system is kept up to date with all project data. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for projects, meetings, compliance obligations, and reports for senior management and external bodies. Co-ordinate project plans, schedules, budgets, cash flow, and expenditures. Monitor progress of projects and update project documentation. Schedule and attend site, project, and stakeholder meetings, minute taking, and support follow-up of actions and decisions. Be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing accurate support and advice, via telephone and written communication. Obtain quotes, prepare purchase orders, and coordinate payment processing as required. Follow up and resolve any discrepancies. Consult with stakeholders as relevant to the role, ensuring effective communication and collaboration in all aspects of service delivery. Other tasks as requested by Manager. About you:
A current Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children) or willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes). Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, Project Management or similar) Demonstrated experience supporting construction projects Proven experience in a fast-paced, administrative role where high attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness are required Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Experience in the administration of financial records such as expenses, invoices, purchase orders, and cashflow.
