The Wimborne Clinic is looking for a talented Sports Therapist to join our dynamic and supportive team!
Our Lead Therapist has been in post over 5 years and is embarking on a new challenge and we need someone to hit the ground running with an established client base.
Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality massage therapy sessions, ensuring a thorough professional and safe assessment is completed.Work in a fast-paced, friendly environment alongside a team of professionals to provide exceptional patient care.Utilise your expertise in soft tissue management to create personalized care and treatment plans for clients.Maintain detailed and accurate health records and session notes.Adhere to clinic processes and workflows to ensure smooth operations.Keep clients engaged with their treatment programs and follow up with those who drop out of care.Participate in clinic social media initiatives to help promote our services and maintain a competitive edge.Ensure therapy rooms and common areas are kept clean and presentable.What We're Looking For: Qualified to degree level in Sports Therapy.Proven experience in Soft Tissue Massage Therapy or Sports Massage.Comfortable working a minimum of 6 hours per week, across two or more shifts.Committed to maintaining high standards and accountability in all aspects of work.Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in challenging situations.A team player who values collaboration and supports the success of the entire clinic.Confident in following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.Why Join The Wimborne Clinic? Pay: £28.00-£35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6-10 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
