Executive Assistant Temporary Employment Register Note: Applications cannot be edited once submitted
We're looking for experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised executive assistants. To succeed in this role, you will have great people skills, the ability to anticipate the needs of senior executives, and demonstrate flexibility and resilience.
Our ideal candidate:
Has a strong background working in an executive assistant, or similar, role. Is great at establishing strong working relationships and taking a client-centred approach to their work. Has well-developed organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver a very high standard of work. Exercises sound judgement and shows a high degree of initiative, integrity, and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive business matters. Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Our executive assistant temporary employment register is open for candidates to submit an expression of interest for non-ongoing employment within the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) at the APS4 level in Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, or Sydney CBD.
This register may be used to engage employees to perform executive assistant duties on a non-ongoing basis depending on operational requirements. This register is intended for non-ongoing opportunities only and applicants should have no expectation of gaining ongoing employment through this register.
