Reporting to the Cafe Coordinator, this is a casual position based in Noosa, QLD.
You Will Successfully Ensure customers feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.Ensure customers are satisfied with the quality of food and beverages served through constant feedback.Welcome customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.Prepare foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, grind and blend coffee beans, brew coffee and tea, and serve items to customers.Salary and Conditions Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Hospitality Industry Level 2 Award.
You Will Have Experience as a Barista, with food handling and customer service.Experience of Safe Food Handling.Knowledge of legislated requirements under the Food and Beverages Act.What We Offer As a registered NFP, we offer our eligible employees real and meaningful benefits such as:
