Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and guide a team of supervisors and warehouse staff, cultivating a collaborative and performance-driven environment with a strong focus on safety and team cohesion. Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve operational workflows, driving cost reductions and enhanced productivity through Lean principles and innovative solutions. KPI Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate key performance metrics such as DIFOT, order accuracy, and safety, ensuring consistent achievement of business goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments like Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service to synchronize warehouse activities with broader business objectives and ensure smooth operations. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to all safety, health, environmental, and industry regulations, while upholding company policies and best practices. Minimum Requirements: Warehouse Management Experience - Over 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally within FMCG or retail sectors, with a proven ability to oversee high-volume environments and manage large, diverse teams. Leadership & Team Development : Demonstrated success in leading teams, fostering a motivating and inclusive environment, and driving employee engagement across all levels. Data-Driven Decision Making : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for interpreting operational data to guide strategic decisions and improve performance. Effective Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to drive alignment and achieve business goals. Technical Competence : Experienced in utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes and optimise operational workflows.
