With a continuous growth and a strong strategic roadmap, we are currently seeking a State Manager to accelerate growth within our Western Australia HIAIS business. The State Manager will be responsible for the performance of the regional business and its client retention, new business development, revenue generation, compliance, and growth.
What the day will look like: Delivering strategic direction and the profitable and sustainable growth of your business unit and client servicing teams. Developing and maintaining the appropriate infrastructure, resources and expertise to meet sales, service and administration requirements. Developing best-in-class client relationships, enhancing client experiences and improving interdependency sales opportunities. Manage relationships with wider teams promoting collaboration and driving mutually beneficial growth outcomes. Lead the acquisition and engagement of HIAIS's major clients and prospects. Providing leadership and motivation to staff driving a positive and high achieving culture and enhance business performance. Assisting in the development and implementation of client and underwriter service methodologies including strategies for client retention. Monitoring Quality Assurance and ensuring compliance with agreed business and industry standards. Skills and experience that will lead to success Demonstrated experience within the Insurance or broking industry (ideally within Building and Construction). Experience in leading and working within a National Leadership team. A strategic and execution focused mindset. Problem solving and solutions driven. Strong communications and presentation skills. Highly developed skills to influence and engage with senior stakeholders at an Executive level. Holding a CPA is desirable.
