Primary Objective: Working closely with the Director Service Delivery, provide leadership and oversight of Service Integration, Escalation, and Continual Service Improvement management processes.
Context Statement: ICT Services provides ICT hardware and software services to client agencies to meet business requirements, including end-user services such as the ICT Service Centre, End User Computing, Network Management, Voice and Telecommunications including internet. The Service Delivery team ensures contractual obligations are met and services are delivered in accordance with contracted performance standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide high-level strategic leadership and specialist advice regarding the design, delivery, and quality of all of government ICT service integration delivery and management requirements. Oversee Projects, Service Transition, and End to End management services provided by external service providers to the Northern Territory Government (NTG). Identify risks in the provision of ICT services and assist in developing strategies to address these risks. Identify and evaluate opportunities for improving service delivery of ICT services. Participate as a senior member of the Service Delivery team, contributing to the migration of activities to align business processes with all-of-government services. Represent the NTG at a range of Committees and forums involved in the provision of ICT services. Selection Criteria:

Demonstrated experience and high level of knowledge in delivering contemporary ICT and related service delivery frameworks. Proven ability to provide contemporary and constructive leadership and develop an achievement-focused culture. Innovative thinker with good problem-solving skills. High level oral and written communication skills with a strong customer focus. High level of flexibility with demonstrated ability to manage self and others in a changing environment. Demonstrated work ethic and attitude emulating DCDD values. Desirable:
Qualifications in Information Technology, ITIL, or a relevant discipline. Working knowledge of Northern Territory Government business environment.
