Executive Contract Officer 4 (Remuneration Package $302,742) NT Health Regional Health Service Darwin, Northern Territory Fixed for up to 4 years NT Health are seeking an experienced executive to provide strategic and operational leadership in the delivery of health care services in the Top End region of the Northern Territory Regional Health Services (NTRHS).
As Regional Executive Director Top End , you will provide strategic leadership to ensure NTRHS meet performance and fiscal outcomes and delivers quality health care services to Territorians. The role works closely with the four other Regional Executive Directors, led by an experienced Deputy Chief Executive.
The NTRHS delivers contemporary and culturally responsive primary care, mental health and acute services across the NT. Organised into five regions, the NTRHS operates six public hospitals - two in the Top End region and one each in Alice Springs, Tennant Creek, Katherine and Gove and delivers services into remote communities across the NT.
As a key member of the NT Health leadership team, your extensive senior executive leadership experience with demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, operational and strategic management skills will help you to deliver and strengthen health services for Territorians. You will have extensive experience in successfully managing hospital and health services with proven success in managing resources and achieving improved fiscal outcomes, with a sound understanding of national funding models for healthcare.
