The Opportunity Delaware North Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources (HR) to join the Head Office team based in Docklands. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources, this pivotal role places you at the heart of our Senior Leadership Team.
Your role will be to provide Senior HR support to our airports and accommodation portfolios across Australia and New Zealand. You'll work closely with the General Managers and business leaders to drive exceptional performance and champion HR excellence. As the leader of the HR function for our multiple sites, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused HR services, ensuring alignment with Delaware North's culture, values, and global best practices.

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. Extensive experience in HR leadership roles within service-oriented industries, with a strong emphasis on customer centric solutions. A proven track record in people leadership, industrial relations, and delivering impactful HR strategies and projects that align with business objectives. Demonstrated experience leading HR in unionised environments. Proven experience and confidence in navigating multiple modern Awards. Exceptional interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence, engage, and partner effectively across all levels of an organisation.
